His three-hour presence in the airport area resulted in, among others, Flughafen Bremen cancellation of flights to Frankfurt and redirect the flight to Hanover. Plane from Paris had to turn to taxi over Bremen until the clarification of the situation.
The object was detected approx. 18.30. The police were informed of his presence, and officers who live near the airport have been able to track it visually. According to the newspaper Weser Kurier UFO was also seen for the crew control tower.
DFS spokesman reported that the UFO had "normal light: red and green and the lamp". The recognition of a police helicopter was sent, but he could not locate the object, and turned back. In later comments Axel Raab DFS denied, however, that the object was seen on radar.
ominique Höber - witness observation - says that the object was moving at an altitude of 100-200 m. And repeatedly flew over his home. The man confirmed that it resembled an airplane: "He had the same light, but he did much more noise" - he said.
- Do not know what it was, but certainly there was this object - Bremen police spokesman said, adding that the game could come balloon or drones.

- Sent radar signals are sometimes curvature, for example, high-rise, with a tree or other obstacles. This phenomenon is responsible for the transmission of false signals - skeptic said Werner Walter of Mannheim, not noticing that the alleged "mirage radar" was seen visually.
The case is intriguing and is waiting for an explanation, mainly due to a serious breach of the security of the airport. Bremen Police urges observers share information, but DFS said about the lack of detailed information. It should be recalled, however, that the term UFO means any flying object of unknown origin, not necessarily belonging to visitors from outer space.
