WHAT HAPPENS TO THE MOON ?!

Robert Birckson a UFO enthusiast, whom we met in the United States while the Congress MUFON. One of his passions is the observation of the lunar surface by means of a real powerful hardware. January 12, 2014 roku got from him a surprising message:
Following a few days on the lunar surface very strange constructions. What's going on? What are these regular shapes on the surface of the moon?
